Warranty, after sales service
The ZELEN warranty is 5 years on wood, structure and computer components.
All purchases from ZELEN, including those of brands other than ZELEN, are covered by the
two-year legal guarantee against defects in conformity in accordance with the provisions of
the Consumer Code and by the seller’s legal guarantee against hidden defects in accordance
with the provisions of the Civil Code. Pursuant to Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer
Code, consumers have the right to obtain from the seller the repair or replacement, free of
charge, of products that have a conformity defect, by notifying the seller of this defect within
a period of two years from the date of delivery.
Under Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, if there was a hidden defect when the product
was purchased, the buyer has the right to return the product and obtain reimbursement of
the price from the seller within 2 years of the discovery of the defect.
The guarantee covers failures resulting from an electrical, electronic or mechanical
malfunction of one or more guaranteed components, originating from an internal cause of
The warranty applies only to components that have retained their characteristics (original
parts) and their initial configuration.
The price of the parts and the cost of the labour required to carry out the repair are covered
by the warranty.
The client is informed that in the case of breakdown or breakage under the conditions
detailed below, the request for a guarantee will be refused by ZELEN.
The list of the cases of exclusion of guarantee is not exhaustive :
- The material or software elements added by the client.
- Damages resulting from a theft or a breakage of the guaranteed product
- Damage, breakdown, failure or defect attributable to a cause external to the
guaranteed product, such as an electrical source, mode of operation.
- Use of the guaranteed product in a manner that does not comply with the standards
and prescriptions of ZELEN
- Intentional fault of the customer or any other person.
- Damage that does not interfere with the normal operation of the guaranteed
product (e.g. damage of an aesthetic nature such as scratches, scuffs, chips)
- Damage resulting from breakdowns of the product
- Damage resulting from antenna failures, connection errors.
- Any recovery of data loss on the computer
- Damage resulting from a climatic event (e.g. thunderstorm)
- Breakdowns resulting from the modification of the original characteristics of the

Remote control can be carried out for diagnosis or repair.
If the breakdown affects the computer components, a technician will come to the site to
change or repair the breakdown.
If the fault is related to the wood or the structure, a return to the workshop, at our expense,
will be carried out.
The product must be returned in adequate packaging to protect it effectively during
transport. The customer is informed that ZELEN will refuse the return of unprotected or
poorly protected products.
